Photos.valpo.edu is the official site for University photography. The site is run by Integrated Marketing and Communications (IMC) to provide greater accessibility for University imagery and to better serve partners across campus. Campus partners with @valpo.edu emails can contact email@example.com to obtain full access to search, view, and download images.
How do I request photography or tell you about a photo opportunity?
We love receiving tips about public and private events that may be photogenic. Leaving a tip for us is quick and simple. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 219.464.6047. Due to the high volume of requests, we will determine photographer availability on a case-by-case basis. If a photographer is scheduled to attend you will receive email confirmation from the IMC office.
How do I download images?
The public may download images by using the password "Valpo." Campus partners who login may download images by clicking on each individual photo and selecting “Download Image.” Logged-in partners may also scroll to the bottom of a gallery of images and click on “Batch Download” to have images available in one zip file.
What is a Lightbox?
A Lightbox is a collection of images that you create at photos.valpo.edu. You can comment, rate, and share your Lightbox with anyone, making it an excellent collaboration tool. Please login to access your individualized Lightboxes.
How do I find more University photos?
University partners with @valpo.edu emails can obtain permission to access the site hosting the past few years of imagery. Please email email@example.com to be granted access by providing your name, title, and general use of the images. Once you are given access, you will create your account through the site using your @valpo.edu email address and a password you generate.
